Brown Rice Crust Tart

Based on this lowcal recipe from Vegetarian Times.

Combine two egg whites with two cups of brown rice. Mix well and line a shallow glass cooking dish with the rice. Cook for ten minutes in the oven.

Meanwhile, prepare veggies - steam or saute. When veggies are almost done, prepare the roux. Mix the roux with shredded cheese and veggies and pour into crust. Bake 30 minutes or so until done.

Serve with salad or something.
