Yesterday, I got my first mystery box from Mariquita Farms. The box was $25 and the vegetables inside fit into two big canvas shopping bags that I brought with me. The contents included red carrots, baby carrots, 4 or 5 different lettuces and greens, winter squash, some kind of celery root, red potatoes, and something that is a mix between broccoli and cauliflower. It's all organic and looks really good. We'll have to be creative about what we turn it all into!
